Monogram shirts

Posted in Leah, Sewing on March 8th, 2010 by jen – 3 Comments

I was inspired by a shirt I saw on Etsy to make a monogrammed shirt. I made my first one for Leah to wear home from the hospital. She also modeled it during a home photo shoot for her birth announcement photo.

I have also made a few for gifts. Emmie was happy to show off her shirt from Aunt Jen.

And this one was for baby Corinne.

Allison’s party

Today we helped Allison celebrate her 2nd birthday. The girls (and mommies) have been friends since Molly was 3 months old!

As always, Molly loves cake. Molly's reflection does as well.

I made Allison a ribbon shirt and bow. Allison loved the bow and sported a double-bow look the rest of the party!

Here's a close-up of the ribbon shirt.

And although Molly has already modeled her shirt at Aunt Caroline's party, here's a close-up of her ribbon shirt.

Pillowcase dresses

Now that these birthday gifts have been given, I can show what I made. The dresses were for two of Molly's friends, Keira and Sadie.

This one was for my sweet niece, Emmie.

And it was finally warm enough for Molly to wear her dress on Mother's Day.
